EditorialAt the heart of any publication, the depth and quality of the editorial will determine its value to your readers. Whether the editorial is supplied by your organization, Lionheart’s staff members, outside contributors, or a combination of all three, our editorial professionals will package it to serve your members’ information needs. We can work with your current format, suggest new features in response to the changing needs of your readers, or plan and execute a complete start-up project, including web, email, social media and other services. We will rely on constant communication with both you and your membership to ensure our efforts remain relevant and effective, and you will always maintain final editorial control.


Since 1987, Lionheart has built an impressive array of publications covering a myriad of topics. Currently, Lionheart publishes eight national magazines with a total readership of more than 80,000 subscribers. Lionheart’s first publishing contract was for OR/MS Today, the magazine for members of the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences. This bi-monthly magazine – which Lionheart still publishes – laid the groundwork for us to acquire or start up other magazines. Over the years, these other magazines have included AI Week, a magazine for the artificial intelligence community; APICS, for the American Production and Inventory Control Society; National Motorist, for the National Automobile Club; Patient Safety and Quality Healthcare (PSQH), a publication written for and by people who are involved directly in improving patient safety and the quality of care; and New Jersey CPA, the Society’s award-winning membership magazine.

Today, Lionheart’s stable of magazines consists of OR/MS Today; Analytics, a digital publication for the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences; Masonry Magazine, the official publication of the Mason Contractors Association of America; AKFCF Quarterly, the magazine for the Association of Kentucky Fried Chicken Franchisees, Inc.; Markee 2.0; Masonry Design; Andalusian, the official publication of the International Andalusian & Lusitano Horse Association; and Alpha Omegan, the Journal of the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity.
